In a desperate attempt to get off the yo-yo dieting train, I took a deep dive into learning about nutrition and quickly developed a passion for it. I then became Precision Nutrition certified and have been coaching nutrition for 3+ years. Recently, I developed the Busy Body method when I realized how steep the learning curve was for most people when it came to counting macros.
As a Certified Life Coach, I now coach high achieving women from the inside out, to heal destructive and unhelpful behaviors that are holding them back from living their best lives.
I am SO excited to be building an incredible team of coaches so that we can help as many people as possible create a great relationship with food, their bodies and themselves.

As a wife, nurse, and mom I know what its like to have a million things to do and people to care for ahead of yourself. I am passionate about helping people make themselves a priority again. Health and fitness has always been something I am enthusiastic about. I am a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and Precision Nutrition certified. My 4 little ones and 2 dogs keep me busy and I am currently still breastfeeding my youngest. I work part time as an ICU RN on the weekends and am a full time mama during the week. I look forward to working with you!

I found flexible dieting when my physical health and body confidence were at all time lows. It wasn’t long before I began to reap the benefits and became completely enthralled by learning all things nutrition. I am Precision Nutrition certified and have a passion for helping others realize their full potential. As a military spouse, dog mama and full-time public affairs specialist, my life demands flexibility. I love that I’ve found the key to keeping myself healthy through whatever life throws my way and I’m so excited to share what I’ve learned with you too!
