Who Does She Think She Is?

The Audacious Woman stands in her power and doesn't give a f*CK about the opinions of others. She is kind, empathetic and loving-- but her boundaries are firm.

She attracts but never chases. Her cup isn't just full-- it's overflowing. Her world is abundant and she is open to receiving the desires of her heart.

Burnout, guilt and fear are things of the past. She has disregarded society's expectations because in her world, the only thing she expects is the joy, ease and flow that has become her reality.

Hustle culture is running rampant as more and more women are experiencing burnout while trying to keep up. Many of us are living in the unhealthy masculine energy-- rather than our innate feminine flow. This is not only depleting to our systems from an energetic perspective but can cause feelings of not being good enough, can affect our self-esteem, impact our mental health and negatively affect our relationships.

Audacity is a deep dive into feminine energetics so that we can get back to who we are, rather than who we think we are supposed to be.
The person we were before the world told us we were simultaneously "too much," while also being "not enough."

It's time to step into your true feminine essence and be audacious AF.

"I don't NEED anybody." This prickly, trauma-lace

"I don't NEED anybody."

This prickly, trauma-laced, coping strategy of a statement kept me safe for a long, long time.

If I didn't depend on you, you couldn't let me down.

If I didn't have expectations of you, you couldn't disappoint me.

If I didn't trust you, you couldn't betray me.

If I didn't need you, you couldn't hurt me.

The adults who let me down in my childhood have bred some of my best qualities: Independence, resilience, self-reliance, determination, discipline.

Those qualities were like a warm blanket. I knew as long as I had myself, I would be okay. I knew that no matter how far I fell or how dark things got-- I would be the one to catch me. I trusted myself to always land on my feet. I knew betting on me would always be a sure bet.

When I met my husband I wanted him to be clear on the fact that, "You're here because I want you, not because I need you."

But I also knew I craved the kind of love, the kind of life, where I could let someone in past all the thorny vines, and they would still love what they saw.

So little by little, I let him take care of me-- even though I was absolutely capable of doing it all myself.
What resulted was the most incredible, loving, accepting and easy bond I'd ever imagined.

When it came to women, I kept them even further away.

I want every woman to know she’s capable of achieving her dreams and beyond. I want you to know that you don’t have to hustle to do it. I want you to know that not only what you’re doing is enough— but YOU are enough. Your work has nothing to do with how worthy you are and you get to be proud of yourself NOW— not when.

It’s not “normal” for coaches to have a booth at a conference (or is it?) but I’ve been an active member of @theboutiquehub since 2017 and coach the amazing founder @ajalderson — so for me it was perfectly aligned. Getting to lead breathwork was a DREAM and I was so honored to also be a mentor for the VIPs. I got to meet SO many passionate inspiring, hard working women doing the damn thing! I know that this industry, and the good hearted women in it need the work I do. So I showed up and will keep showing for the ones ready to take the leap and go deeper so they can win bigger.

BODY IMAGE - For the last year and some change I h

BODY IMAGE - For the last year and some change I have been intuitive eating. For the last 6 months or so I have barely worked out. Like barely. Definitely no weights and zero consistency on the bike.

This was a season of life I needed to be in for ME. I had to conserve my energy and take care of my mental and internal health. So physical fitness simply took a backseat.

YES there was FEAR around intuitive eating and there was FEAR around my lack of physical activity. But instead of giving in to the fear I trusted myself enough to know I wouldn’t gain a ton of weight and/or suddenly hate my body.

If anything, the lack of effort has put me in a more neutral and sometimes more appreciative place when it comes to how I feel about my body. There has been very little negativity about how I look.

Truthfully, I do feel a bit “squishy” but that’s more of an observation and not a criticism. I’m grateful for the break as it’s allowed me to focus on what was most important and give me this fresh perspective.

GRACE is everything when it comes to finding self love. Be gentle with yourself especially when you feel like you’re falling short. You aren’t. You’re exactly where you are supposed to be.

I’m excited to see what this next season brings. The better it gets, the better it gets 💖
