If you’d have visited this page in the past that you might have read how I got my start in the business world as well as the fitness/food world. Basically it was a list of the various accomplishments, businesses I’ve owned and projects I’m currently involved in.
It doesn’t feel very relevant anymore.
What does feel relevant is that the majority of my ambition, drive and box-checking all boiled down to one major thing: I was hustling for my worth. No matter how much success I had, money I made or accomplishments I ticked off, I never felt good enough. And to be candid about it, I was freaking exhausted. I felt like a hamster running on a wheel towards a gorgeous life I’d never reach.
And in the food and body realm? Well it took me well over a decade of trialing diets, some botched Coolsculpting, falling into fitness and self-sabotage for me to finally love my body and myself unconditionally.
What changed? I was guided into true healing. Not behavior change. Not mindset work. But deep internal work that like a domino effect inevitably changed my mindset, how I felt, my behaviors and ultimately the results I was getting.
Now I have the skills, the credentials and the experience to guide others. I have learned that creating impact feels infinitely better than checking boxes.
I specialize in coaching high achieving women to heal their hustle and step off the hamster wheel and also in helping women heal their relationships with their body and food.
Those two things.
On a personal note, I love to write, eat, sip red wine, travel the world, hang with my pups and love on my husband.
